This project involved the delivery of a comprehensive turnkey electrical and building services package, providing a fully integrated solution from initial installation through to final commissioning. The scope included a complete Cat B electrical fit-out, incorporating the installation of lighting systems, small power distribution, and mechanical service supplies to support the overall building infrastructure. A fully compliant fire alarm system was installed and commissioned in accordance with statutory requirements, ensuring life safety and system reliability. In addition, a specialist architectural lighting scheme, supplied by Artemide, was integrated to enhance both the functional and aesthetic performance of the space. From first fix through to final handover, the programme was delivered in close coordination with the design and delivery teams. This collaborative approach ensured seamless integration across all services, maintaining strict quality control, regulatory compliance, and optimal operational performance throughout.
