Scope of works Included: Installation of CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units for precise climate control in laboratory spaces, VRF air conditioning systems for efficient, multi-zone temperature regulation, mechanical ventilation incorporating heat recovery units to optimise energy performance, compressed air systems for laboratory and operational equipment, leak detection systems to protect sensitive areas and infrastructure, full installation of domestic hot and cold water services, trace heating systems to maintain water temperature and prevent freezing, integration of fire dampers to meet safety and compliance requirements, implementation of cross talk attenuation measures to enhance noise control and acoustic performance.
