Full CAT B electrical fit-out for a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical laboratory in Cambridge, delivered in partnership with CBRE. The goal was to provide a reliable, flexible, and high-performance power infrastructure to support critical laboratory operations. Scope of works included: Installation of a dedicated UPS board and mechanical distribution board, implementation of an underfloor busbar system, with integrated floor boxes and PDU floor grommets, bench trunking to support efficient and compliant laboratory layouts, dual UPS systems with automatic changeover switches across two lab zones, UPS commissioning carried out by trusted partner BCL Power.
