The Harris Museum in Preston. We were delighted to be invited by HUB BUILD to contribute to this exciting project. The building had previously undergone a CAT A fit-out and full rewire, meaning the electrical infrastructure was already in excellent condition. Our scope of works focused on the CAT B fit-out. Our responsibilities included: Supplying and installing specialist lighting to all display cabinets, installing and precisely positioning track lighting to highlight key exhibits within the museum, ensuring accurate alignment and height requirements were met, providing power supplies to the kitchen and canteen areas, relocating and modifying power points to accommodate new display cabinet layouts, and Installing a large feature pendant light in the ground floor entrance to create a striking visual impact. This project showcased our attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality electrical installations tailored to complex and design-driven environments.
