Tower 42 in London for our client CBRE. One of London’s most iconic buildings, in its ongoing drive to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency. As part of the installation of multiple air source heat pumps, access to several stairwell pressurisation fan control panels became restricted, posing a long-term maintenance challenge. Our team was tasked with relocating six sets of fan controls, carefully reconfiguring the systems to ensure safe, compliant, and accessible operation without disrupting building services, 104 electric meters and 12 panel servers, ensuring seamless monitoring of electrical consumption across the building, with all meter data integrated into a head-end PC, Tower 42 now has full visibility over electrical usage in both tenant and landlord areas, enhancing energy efficiency and management.
